Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required; speak, read, and write in both languages.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience or 3–5 years in staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or related field.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management, including negotiations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and provide qualified, reliable talent.
• Manage the recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, orientation, and placement of temporary employees.
• Match employee skills and experience with client requirements to ensure quality placements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional customer service.
• Conduct client meetings, follow up on staffing needs, and address concerns or service issues.
• Support business development through skill-sourcing calls, client outreach, and sales presentations.
• Present and promote available workforce solutions, including HR services, payroll, assessments, and training.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, productivity, and quality standards.
• Coach, counsel, and recognize temporary employees to encourage engagement and retention.
• Review and reconcile invoices; assist with account profitability and collections as needed.
