Job summary

Surge is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (English and Spanish) to manage temporary staffing and training for a major client. You will deliver high quality service by matching temporaries to needs and developing the relationship with the client.

The role requires leadership skills, supervisory experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. The position emphasizes effective onboarding, coaching, and accurate recordkeeping in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak in both English and Spanish.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Successful prior experience as a Branch Supervisor or Manager preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years previous experience in a customer service industry required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer and match temporaries to needs.
• Implement and manage quality standards, including the Performance Selection System (PSS).
• Customize recruiting, training, recognition and retention programs for optimum service.
• Supervise customer development activities to maintain strong client relationships.
• Present service offerings to clients to secure additional opportunities.
• Coach temporaries to ensure productivity and quality goals are met.
• Reconcile invoices and monitor profitability for client accounts.
