Surge Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Workforce Manager to oversee staffing operations for a major client, ensuring high‑quality placements and superior service. You will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and placement of temporary staff while managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, solutions‑oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required; speak, read, and write in both languages.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience or 3-5 years in staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or related industry.
• Experience in staffing, branch management, workforce management, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and provide qualified, reliable talent.
• Manage recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, orientation, and placement of temporary employees.
• Match employee skills with client requirements to ensure quality placements.
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and service.
• Conduct client meetings, follow up on staffing needs, address concerns or issues.
• Support business development through skill-sourcing calls, client outreach, and sales presentations.
• Promote workforce solutions including HR services, payroll, and training.
• Monitor attendance, performance, productivity, and quality standards.
• Coach and recognize temporary employees to drive engagement and retention.
• Ensure accurate records, staffing reports, and sales/service activity reporting.
• Review invoices and assist with account profitability and collections as needed.
• Coordinate with staffing vendors and support vendor management programs as required.
