Surge Staffing is seeking a highly organized Bilingual Workforce Manager fluent in English and Spanish to oversee staffing operations and workforce management for a major client. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, staff supervision, and collaboration with clients to meet staffing needs.

The ideal candidate will manage recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and placement of temporary employees, while supporting business development and maintaining accurate records and reporting.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required (speak, read, and write in both languages).
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience or 3-5 years in staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or related industry.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee staffing operations and workforce management for a major client.
• Coordinate staffing needs, onboarding, scheduling, and placement of temporary employees.
• Build and maintain client relationships with proactive communication and service excellence.
• Support business development through client outreach and staffing opportunities.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and quality standards; coach and mentor staff.
