Surge Staffing seeks a Bilingual Workforce Manager to oversee staffing operations and workforce management for a major client. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, coordinating staffing needs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while driving business development and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required—speak, read, and write in both languages.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience or 3–5 years in staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or related industry.
• Experience in staffing, branch management, workforce management, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Business development and sales experience, including cold calling, presentations, client relationships, negotiation, and closing.
• Strong customer service, communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and provide qualified, reliable talent.
• Manage recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, orientation, and placement of temporary employees.
• Match employee skills and experience with client requirements for quality placements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with consistent communication and service.
• Support business development through skill-sourcing calls, client outreach, and sales presentations.
