Surge Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Workforce Supervisor to meet the temporary help and training needs of a major client. The on-site role requires fluency in Spanish and English, leadership ability, and strong customer service skills to deliver high-quality service to customers and temporaries.

The position involves supervising on-site staff, handling administrative tasks, attendance monitoring, and invoicing reconciliation to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• Proven leadership in a supervisor role.
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience with background checks, I-9, and E-Verify.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsabilidades

• Meet temporary help and training needs by matching skills to client requirements.
• Deliver high quality service to customers and temporary employees.
• Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support quality service and performance.
• Monitor attendance of employees and process Workers' Compensation claims.
• Reconcile invoices from vendors.
