Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (English and Spanish) to meet the temporary help and training needs of a major client. You will deliver high-quality service by matching temporaries to customer needs and developing business through outstanding customer service.

This role may supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists and requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for daily interactions.
• Experience supervising a team in a staffing or service environment preferred.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to develop client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across departments.
• Experience with sales calls and presenting service offerings to clients.

Responsibilities

• Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer to match temporaries to needs.
• Supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists as needed and ensure service quality.
• Promote training, recognition and retention programs to optimize client service.
• Lead client meetings to maintain communication and identify opportunities.
• Present HR services and other offerings to the client to grow business.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for temporaries and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor profitability and reconcile invoices for client accounts.
