Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a Bilingual Human Resource Business Partner to support on-site HR operations across two facilities. This role requires on-site presence in Elizabethtown, PA, with travel to Jacksonville, FL, and a schedule of Monday–Friday with shift variations.

You will partner with site leaders to drive HR strategies, provide coaching, and ensure compliance while building a high-performing, engaged workforce.

Qualifications

• On-site HR management or HR leadership experience.
• Ability to advise operations leaders on business outcomes.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual English/Spanish without translation tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead high-volume hourly and salaried talent acquisition and development.
• Coach site leaders on performance management and leadership effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and compliant processes.
• Oversee performance management, improvement plans, and coaching.
• Plan workforce and organizational effectiveness in support of growth.
• Ensure HR policies comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Leverage HR data to drive decisions and present trends to senior management.
• Promote a positive, inclusive culture and employee engagement.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
