Responsibilities

• Interview members in person and by phone to understand needs and promote services.
• Cross-sell credit union products in a professional manner.
• Counsel members on money management and lending decisions.
• Perform lending functions and offer HELOC/Business lending options.
• Build and manage a pipeline to grow member relationships and accounts.
• Handle new account openings and document requirements.
• Promote electronic services enrollment and e-statement understanding.
