Responsibilities

• Interview members in person and by phone; identify needs and cross-sell services professionally, including outbound CRM calls.
• Counsel members on money management, explain loan decisions, and provide guidance for future options.
• Perform lending functions and offer HELOC and business lending solutions.
• Build and maintain a book of business; manage a pipeline to improve member financial well-being.
• Perform new account duties; explain options and collect required information.
• Cross-sell electronic services; assist with enrollment and e-statement understanding.
• Maintain the Credit Union’s reputation; stay informed on policy changes and market trends.
