Advia Credit Union is excited to hire a Financial Solutions Specialist in Illinois. The role involves proactive member outreach, solving financial needs, and cross-selling products during in-person and phone conversations.

Qualifications

• Experience in person and phone member interactions.
• Ability to identify member needs and cross-sell Credit Union services.
• Proficient in money management guidance and lending basics.

Responsibilities

• Interview members in person and by phone to assess needs and explain services.
• Counsel members on money management and lending decisions.
• Provide lending solutions including HELOC and business lending.
• Build and maintain a book of business and manage a member pipeline.
• Open new accounts and explain options and ownership.
• Assist members with electronic services enrollment and e-statements.
• Maintain the Credit Union's professional reputation and stay updated on policies.
