Qualifications

• Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills; courtesy and tact are essential.
• Experience in financial services or member-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview existing and potential members in person and by phone and explain services, products, and policies; cross-sell appropriately.
• Counsel members regarding money management; explain decisions and provide guidance for future consideration.
• Perform lending functions and offer lending solutions including HELOC and business lending.
• Build and maintain a book of business; manage a pipeline to advance members' financial well-being.
• Perform new account functions and explain options; obtain required information and documentation.
• Cross-sell electronic services and assist with enrollment and e-statement processes.
• Stay informed on policies and industry trends to maintain quality and reputation.
