Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to identify members’ needs and cross-sell financial products.
• Experience interacting with members in person or by phone is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members in person and by phone to explain services and policies.
• Counsel members on money management and lending options.
• Cross-sell Credit Union services to meet member needs.
• Build and manage a book of business, developing relationships over time.
• Handle new account functions and educate members on electronic services.
