FBMC Benefits Management, Inc., a Leavitt Group affiliate, seeks an Onsite Service Specialist to support Miami Dade County Public Schools in Miami, FL. This client-facing role focuses on benefits administration, inquiries, data entry, and documentation at the client site.

The Onsite Service Specialist will handle member and client inquiries by phone and email, ensure eligibility processing, and maintain compliance with state regulations, working on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

• Track and report performance metrics and service guarantees.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a professional and positive on-site presence at client locations.
