• Military experience is considered acceptable.
• SHRM, PHR, or GBA/CEBS certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage benefit plans on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide service support related to health and welfare benefit programs.
• Mentor service associates and develop training sessions.
