Job summary

Credit Human is seeking a Benefits Advisor to support employees and managers with benefits, leaves, and related inquiries. The role ensures accurate processes, maintains records, and coordinates with Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to deliver reliable service.

Role requires 2 years in HR/benefits, strong customer service, and attention to detail. On-site, 8:30–5:30, with potential bonus up to 7% and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in human resources, benefits administration, or a related operational role.
• Experience working in a customer-facing or service-oriented environment.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate benefits support that helps employees and managers understand requirements, options, and next steps.
• Coordinate leave of absence, workers’ compensation, and unemployment processes to support compliant, well-documented outcomes.
• Maintain complete and accurate employee records, case documentation, and required information in alignment with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Total Rewards, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve routine issues and keep benefits services moving smoothly.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or non-standard cases appropriately to ensure employees receive the right level of guidance and support.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, audits, reconciliations, and quality reviews to strengthen benefits administration and employee service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes, service quality, and employee experience through thoughtful feedback and change support.
