Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in banking or cashier role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments, transfers, and mail/night drop.
• Assist customers with account reconciliation, statements, and changes like address or stop payments.
• Provide in-person and phone customer service and identify product referrals.
