Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a banking environment with basic knowledge of bank deposit products and services preferred.
• 1 year in customer service and cash handling experience in a customer facing role required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments, transfers and mail/night drop transactions.
• Process account maintenance tasks and reconcilements with accuracy and compliance.
• Provide exemplary customer service in person and over the phone; identify needs and refer products/services when appropriate.
• Maintain cash balance and follow cash handling policies; monitor for red flags and prevent fraud.
• Assist in branch operations and adhere to security procedures; support audits and compliance tasks.
