Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a banking environment with basic knowledge of bank deposit products and services.
• 1 year in customer service and cash handling experience in a customer facing role required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Process routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers, and mail/night drop items.
• Provide exemplary customer service in person and over the phone; identify needs and recommend products and services.
• Maintain cash balancing accuracy and follow cash handling policies and security procedures.
• Assist with branch operations, compliance tasks, and travel up to 10% as needed.
