Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is hiring Production Supervisors for an established food manufacturer’s bakery operation. Positions are available across first, second, and third shifts. You will lead 15–25 employees, ensuring safety, quality, and timely production while growing within a supportive supervisory team.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive improvements. On-site work with a competitive base salary and bonus potential is offered.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
