Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for a bakery operation at a large food manufacturer. The role will lead a team of 15–25 on first, second, or third shift, ensuring safe, high-quality products while meeting daily goals.

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience is especially relevant.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
