Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in a full-time, on-site role across multiple shifts. Lead a team of 15–25 employees, ensuring safe, high-quality production and achievement of goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and development within an established supervisor team with room for growth. Shift coverage is required across first, second, and third shifts in a food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in food manufacturing and bakery or frozen foods is helpful.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
