Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC partners with a well-established food manufacturer to recruit Production Supervisors for bakery operations across first, second, and third shifts. The role leads a team of about 15–25 production staff, driving safety, quality, and productivity in a hands-on supervisory environment.

Candidates should bring food manufacturing supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with GMPs and food safety.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen food experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and GMPs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
