Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation, with opportunities across first, second, and third shifts. You will lead a team of 15–25 employees, ensuring safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals, and collaborating with a strong supervisory network.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Experience leading employees and building accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
