Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for our bakery operation, with opportunities across first, second, and third shifts. You will lead a team of 15–25 production employees, ensuring safe, high-quality outputs while meeting production goals.

This hands-on leadership role sits within an established supervisory team and offers room for professional growth and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods experience is valuable.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and manage performance.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
