Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. The role leads a team of 15–25 staff across first, second, and third shifts, delivering safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Bakery or frozen food supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead employees and build accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety and GMPs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
