Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. This hands-on leadership role manages a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

You will lead daily production activities, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and safety. Join an established supervisory team and prepare for professional growth within a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is relevant.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
