Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation on-site in Rocky Mount, NC. You will lead a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second and third shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

This hands-on leadership role offers growth within an established supervisory team and a comprehensive benefits package, including base salary with a bonus opportunity and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Food manufacturing supervisory experience, preferably in bakery or frozen foods.
• Proven ability to lead employees, manage performance and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, GMPs and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing and shift assignments.
• Coach, train and develop employees with clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
