Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an onsite Technician to setup, operate, and support basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will ensure guest satisfaction, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with other staff to meet event needs.

You will review equipment sheets, complete entries, and assist with invoicing and order entries in Navigator. A valid driver’s license and 1 year of AV experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Training and certifications must be completed within 60 days of start date as required.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service; build positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Follow procedures; complete systems entry and paperwork accurately.
• Interact with staff and vendors for equipment needs and invoicing.
• Utilize Navigator for order entries and scheduling as needed.
