Job summary

Latham & Watkins in Boston seeks an Audiovisual Specialist to operate and support AV/VC systems in conference rooms, ensuring equipment readiness for meetings. On-site from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, in our Technology & Information Services team.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of tech support experience with PC hardware/software, knowledge of Extron/Crestron, and AVIXA CTS certifications preferred; HS diploma or associate degree required.

Qualifications

• Two years of technology support experience with PC hardware/software.
• Strong knowledge of AV/VC, videoconferencing, and room control systems.
• Certifications from Extron, Crestron or AVIXA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot conference room AV equipment before meetings.
• Operate video conference calls and manage room controls.
• Monitor and update conference room scheduling and inventory.
• Provide end-user tech support for laptops and displays.
