Latham & Watkins in New York seeks an Audiovisual Analyst I to operate and support conference room technology, including projectors, codecs, microphones, and control systems, ensuring rooms are equipped to meet meeting needs.

You will perform daily checks, coordinate with vendors, support videoconferences, and provide high-level customer service, drawing on AV certifications and a background in Computer Science or Information Systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Audiovisual, or Information Systems (or equivalent).
• Certifications from AV manufacturers (e.g., Extron, Crestron) and industry orgs (AVIXA CET).
• Minimum 3 years of technology support experience with PC hardware/software.
• Advanced knowledge of AV equipment: video codecs, projectors, mics, cameras.
• Experience with videoconferencing platforms (Cisco, Zoom, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Ensure AV and tech equipment in conference rooms are ready before meetings.
• Provide consultative guidance to identify spaces with best technology.
• Perform daily checks and coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance of conference room tech.
• Operate conference room equipment during videoconferences and transitions.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information.
