Job summary

Encore Global in Naples, FL is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will ensure guest satisfaction by delivering reliable AV service and timely breakdowns, reporting to the Operations Manager or Director, Event Technology.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Associate’s preferred), 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience, and at least 1 year of AV experience or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree is preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Equipment operation: setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.
• Customer service: exceed expectations, communicate effectively, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Technical ability: troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues.
• Systems knowledge: follow procedures, manage paperwork, and input orders accurately.
• Maintain relationships with clients and assist with invoicing and revenue opportunities.
