Job summary

Pinnacle Live in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations, including setup, strike, and live tech control in a hotel or hospitality setting. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and reliable technical service.

You will coordinate with clients, maintain equipment and inventory, and uphold safety and company standards while expanding technical skills in audio, video, staging, and networking across events.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with AV and/or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with hardware, software and networking basics is expected.

Responsibilities

• Set up and strike event gear according to SOPs.
• Greet guests and instruct on equipment operation.
• Maintain clear client communication to ensure event success.
• Ensure inventory is secure and accurately recorded.
• Keep areas clean, organized and compliant with safety measures.
