Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, resolving title discrepancies, and collaborating with sales, finance, and accounting teams to maintain compliant title records and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive title and registration, including document handling and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with CDK automotive DMS; AADA software is a plus.
• Strong communication to coordinate with customers, lenders, DMVs, and internal teams.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Training capabilities, such as assisting onboarding or guiding teammates on title procedures.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with title management software, Arizona motor vehicle regulations.
• Prior automotive title or related administrative experience preferred.
• Must clear a pre-employment background check and drug test.
