Liquidity Services is seeking a Title Clerk in Phoenix, AZ to support accurate, timely vehicle title processing for our Phoenix operations. You will review titles, process notices, maintain records, and resolve title-related inquiries while ensuring compliance with state requirements and internal procedures.

This on-site role emphasizes attention to detail, meeting processing deadlines, and delivering a smooth post-sale experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Two or more years of office experience preferred.
• Vehicle title handling and processing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter title, vehicle, buyer, and transaction information into internal systems.
• Review vehicle titles and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with state requirements.
• Verify sale documentation and process sold notices within established timelines.
• Prepare and mail titles to buyers with accurate tracking.
• Generate and maintain title-related reports for status monitoring.
• Support internal audits and title file reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries regarding title status and requirements in a timely manner.
• Provide a positive post-sale customer experience and escalate complex issues.
• Identify and address title-related issues coordinating with internal teams or external parties.
