The role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, strong time management, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail to meet processing deadlines and service needs.

Qualifications

• Requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• Two or more years of office experience preferred.
• Experience in vehicle title handling is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter title, vehicle, buyer, and transaction data into internal systems.
• Review titles for completeness and compliance with state requirements.
• Verify sale documents and process sold notices on schedule.
• Mail titles to buyers with accurate tracking.
• Generate title-related reports to monitor progress.
• Support audits and maintain title records accurately.
• Respond to inquiries regarding title status and requirements.
• Provide a positive post-sale experience and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Identify and address title issues with internal teams or external parties.
