Job summary

Carzby is seeking a Wholesale Automotive Title Clerk to process and maintain vehicle titles and ownership documents for wholesale and auction transactions. The role ensures titles are accurate and compliant with Michigan requirements and dealership procedures.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling large volumes of paperwork while applying knowledge of title processes, lien releases, reassignment documents, and dealer documentation to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive title processes and paperwork.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling titles.
• Ability to manage multiple titles and transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles for wholesale, auction, and dealer-to-dealer transactions.
• Review titles for accuracy, signatures, VINs, mileage, and liens.
• Process title assignments, reassignment forms, powers of attorney, and bills of sale.
• Obtain and process lien releases when required.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve title issues promptly.
• Maintain organized title files and records for audits.
