Job summary

CoVolt Power AHV is seeking an Associate Project Manager for 100% project-site work in Texas. This developmental role supports the Project Manager, building skills for leadership while coordinating procurement, scheduling, and quality control on complex projects.

You will work with Owners, field teams, and subcontractors, providing updates to leadership and ensuring client value and safety across the project lifecycle. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• 2–4 years of construction management or general contracting experience
• Willingness to relocate or travel for assigned projects
• Experience with procurement, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and project closeout

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager on large projects with procurement, subcontract management, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, permitting, and project closeout
• Prioritize safety, quality, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Represent the company with clients, subcontractors, and partners on scope, schedule, and budget issues
• Collaborate with Construction Managers to manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, commissioning, and on-site problem solving
• Provide updates on project status, resources, budgets, and forecasts to leadership, customers, and stakeholders
• Under supervision, manage small-scale projects or components of larger projects
