Job summary

CoVolt Power in Lake Village, AR is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the Project Manager on construction initiatives. This developmental role focuses on planning, execution, and learning leadership responsibilities on-site.

The APM will assist with procurement, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and safety, while gaining field experience and preparing for future PM responsibilities. Travel/home rotations and collaboration with Owners, field teams, and clients are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of construction management or general contracting experience.
• OSHA 10 Hour Certification and First Aid/CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager on large, complex projects by managing procurement, subcontract management, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, permitting, and closeout.
• Prioritize safety, quality, and clear communication with the project team.
• Represent the company in interactions with clients, subcontractors, and partners on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with Construction Managers to gain field experience and manage on-site activities.
• Provide timely updates on status, resources, budgets, and forecasts to leadership and stakeholders.
• Under supervision, manage small-scale projects or components of larger projects.
