Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an Associate Project Manager for 100% project-site work in Indiana. The role supports the Project Manager with procurement, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and closeout while developing leadership capabilities for advancement.

You will work with Owners, field staff, and partners, emphasizing safety, quality, and clear client communication to drive project success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in construction management or general contracting.
Willingness to relocate or travel as required.
OSHA 10 Hour Certification.
First Aid/CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager on large, complex projects with procurement, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, permitting, and closeout.
Partner with the PM to prioritize safety, quality, and clear communication.
Represent the company with clients, subcontractors, and partners on scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with Construction Managers to gain field experience and supervise activities as needed.
Provide timely updates on status, resources, budgets, and forecasts to leadership and stakeholders.
Under supervision, manage small projects or components of larger projects.
