Job summary

CoVolt Power in Arkansas is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the Project Manager on complex construction projects at the Lake Village site. You will assist with procurement, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, permitting, and closeout while gaining field experience and preparing for leadership roles.

We value strong communication, organization, and a proactive mindset. Travel or relocation flexibility is required to cover multiple projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 2–4 years of construction management or general contracting experience.
• OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager on large projects with procurement, subcontract management, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, permitting, and closeout.
• Prioritize safety, quality, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Represent the company with clients, subcontractors, and partners to address scope, schedule, and budget issues.
• Collaborate with Construction Managers to gain field experience and manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and on-site problem-solving.
• Provide timely updates on project status, resources, budgets, and forecasts to leadership and stakeholders.
