CoVolt Power is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the Project Manager and team on large construction projects in Texas. The role focuses on decision support, planning and execution to drive value for clients while growing toward leadership responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of construction management experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and a commitment to safety, quality and transparent communication with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2–4 years of construction management or general contracting experience.
• OSHA 10 Hour Certification preferred.
• First Aid/CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager on large, complex projects with procurement, subcontract management, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, permitting and closeout.
• Partner with PM to prioritize safety, quality and clear communication across the project lifecycle.
• Represent the company to clients, subcontractors and partners on scope, schedule and budget issues.
• Collaborate with Construction Managers to gain field experience and manage schedules and safety.
