The Collier Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to run the Oviedo office in the Community Manager's absence. You will sign leases, greet prospective residents, process applications, and coordinate marketing and showings.

You should have strong customer service skills, English proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with tact and efficiency. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents and visitors with a friendly, courteous attitude.
• Show apartments and explain features and benefits.
• Prepare and sign leasing agreements with renewing and new residents.
• Process rental applications and conduct credit checks.
• Collect rent and post payments in the system.
• Open and close the office and assist the Community Manager.
• Maintain resident files and office cleanliness.
