Job summary

The Collier Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to run the Oviedo office in the Community Manager's absence. You will sign leases, greet prospective residents, process applications, and coordinate marketing and showings.

You should have strong customer service skills, English proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with tact and efficiency. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

  • Open and close the office and assist the Community Manager.

The Collier Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager!This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Oviedo, which offers a beautiful city filled with commissioned artwork, historic buildings, and one of the best school districts in the state. Oviedo is ranked as one of the top ten best places to live in Florida.The Assistant Community Manager maintains computer reports and resident files. The Assistant Community Manager will be a leader who manages the office in absence of the Community Manager.
