Job summary

Envolve Community Management, LLC seeks an Assistant Community Manager for Bentwood Townhomes in Saint Louis, MO. This full-time role supports the Community Manager in daily on-site operations, leasing, and administrative tasks, with LIHTC experience required.

You will assist in directing leasing, maintenance, and staff, while ensuring rent collection, reporting, and renewal programs are executed effectively. HUD/HAP and tax credit knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• LIHTC experience required.
• Knowledge of HUD/HAP and tax credit required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete weekly activity reports and all rental applications.
• Record and report resident requests.
• Implement resident renewal and retention programs.
• Manage rent collection, receipting, and recording.
• Collect delinquent rents.
• Provide required reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Assist Community Manager in daily on-site operations.
