Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Assistant Community Manager for Bentwood Townhomes in Saint Louis, MO. The role supports daily on-site management, leasing, and operations while assisting the Community Manager with special projects and administrative tasks, with LIHTC experience a must.

The position requires strong MS Word/Excel skills, a focus on exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage and report on property performance and resident needs.

Qualifikationen

• LIHTC experience required.
• Knowledge of HUD/HAP compliance.
• LIHTC familiarity and deadlines understanding.

Aufgaben

• Assist in directing leasing, maintenance, janitorial and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete weekly activity reports and rental/ leasing records.
• Assist Community Manager with resident requests and renewal programs.
• Support rent collection and delinquent rent follow-up.
