• Experience with RealPage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day property operations with focus on resident satisfaction.
• Assist with LIHTC/tax credit compliance.
• Monitor occupancy, rent collection, and budgets adherence.
• Supervise and develop on-site team members.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors for timely work orders.
• Engage with residents and uphold community relations.
• Represent LSA Management values in all interactions.
