Qualifications

• 1+ years in tax credit or affordable housing experience required.
• HUD rules and LIHTC knowledge required.
• Two+ years of residential leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and overall performance of the community.
• Assist with compliance involving HUD/LIHTC regulations.
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, and notices.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals.
• Process applications and screenings for prospective residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance on service requests and turns.
• Maintain resident files and financial records.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident communications.
• Support marketing efforts and occupancy initiatives.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Assist with financial reporting and performance monitoring.
