Qualifications

• 1+ year of Community Manager experience.
• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• 1+ year of LIHTC / Affordable Housing / Tax Credit compliance experience.
• Proven experience managing property operations, occupancy, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to ensure a safe, well-maintained community.
• Drive occupancy goals through effective leasing and retention strategies.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and manage audits, reporting, and documentation.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and financial performance.
• Supervise on-site team, foster accountability, and professional growth.
• Partner with maintenance and vendors to timely complete work orders.
• Build strong resident relations and strengthen community engagement.
