Job summary

Duracell Power Center, a Duracell Authorized Licensee, is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Administrator for our San Jose, CA on-site office. The role focuses on vendor payments and customer invoicing, with broad administrative support to finance and leadership.

This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the CFO. The role requires 2+ years in bookkeeping or AR/AP, proficiency with QuickBooks and Bill.com, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, AR/AP, or office administration experience.
• Proficient with QuickBooks and Bill.com.
• Strong Excel (formulas) and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Willingness to take on varied administrative tasks beyond core accounting.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: Review, code, and route vendor invoices; schedule weekly check runs and wire payments; manage approvals; vendor relations.
• Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices, post payments, perform collections, and reconcile customer ledgers.
• General Accounting & Administrative: support Board data needs, ensure compliance filings, coordinate events, ensure data integration between systems, assist month-end close, and provide office operations support.
